Whether you’re new to management or scaling a bigger team, 1-1 coaching gives you a safe space to think clearly, solve people problems, and build habits that last.
1:1 coaching is the ideal method for individual leaders who want a confidential, non-judgement but challenging space to explore mindset, tools and techniques to elevate their own leadership first, and then elevate their surrounding team.
My personal style of coaching is to not only listen and explore solutions but also share my own experiences, learning, tools and techniques.
I see it as a half way between pure coaching where coaches only ask questions and do not share their opinions, and training where the trainer leads the discussion.
I work with leaders at every level from CXO’s needing a neutral space to decompress and untangle their thoughts, to new managers who have never held a team accountable for meeting expectations before. What connects everyone I work with is a willingness to look at themselves first.
I work with people on various topics around leadership skills, from developing your executive presence and personal brand, to finding ways to prevent and challenge underperformance, managing upwards or leading change.
